Methods of Payment
Visa, Master Card, COD, or prepayments with a business check are accepted methods of payment at Pan Pacific Imports.

Order Policy
All orders or any changes to an order must be received in writing (including any order cancellations).  All orders will be shipped on an as-ready basis, including any back-ordered items.  Any changes to an order must be received at least one week prior to Pan Pacific Imports' specified ship date.  All back-orders will be shipped when the goods are available unless Pan Pacific Imports receives written notice otherwise.

Returns
All sales are final and any returns authorized by Pan Pacific Imports shall be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee and payment of all applicable shipping charges.

Merchandise Claims
Please carefully inspect all of the merchandise promptly upon receipt of a shipment.  Pan Pacific Imports must be notified in writing within 24 hours of delivery of any product defects claimed.

Damage To Goods During Transit
Please contact the appropriate carrier promptly upon receipt of goods to advise of any breakage that occurred during transit.  All claims for damage must be filed directly with the carrier that delivered your goods.
